How long before my order ships?
Most products ship within 2 days. Some items in our offering are drop shipped directly from the designer and can take longer. For those specific cases each item’s lead time is listed on the individual product pages and order confirmation. Once this lead time is complete, your order will ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact Customer Service, to explore your options. We’re here to assist!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Autotype Gift Cards.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic: We use USPS to ship most orders within the continental United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic: Orders of $100 or less = $5.00 Orders of $100.01 or more = Free shipping
International: Calculated at checkout according to location + items on order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. On a case by case based noted on each item. For your convenience, we include all customs fees, import duties, and taxes up front so there are no surprises later. Simply input your address upon checkout and we’ll calculate the total cost for getting your order from our door to yours.
* Please note: International Orders are non-returnable and cannot be changed or cancelled.

All prices online and in store are listed in US Dollars.

What is your Return Policy?
Most products may be returned within 30 days of its delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, have not been installed, and are in original factory condition. (Items are specified as non-returnable on individual product pages.)
How do I request a return?
For returns, please email Customer Service directly with your order number, item to be returned and reason for return and we will reply promptly with next steps.
For returns for refunds, we will deduct $14 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase.
Damaged Goods Policy
“Damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of purchase receipt. You have the option to 1) return the product for store credit 2) Exchange the damaged product for the same, undamaged good 3) Receive a full refund of the price of the damaged good.”
When can I expect my refund?
It takes our warehouse about 1-2 weeks to receive + process your return. We’ll send you an email just as soon as we issue your refund.
How do I return a gift?
We offer store credit for gift returns. You can reach us at Customer Service for further assistance from our team.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Customer Service within 5 days of receipt along with your order number + a photo of the damaged or wrong item. We’ll take care of you!
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Autotype gift card.
The Autotype gift card is available in denominations of $50, $100 and $250.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
