Bob Odenkirk for GQ. - Original Polaroid
by Dewey Nicks
Backstory by Dewey
We thought it would be a good idea for a portfolio about comedians to dress everyone in a timeless classic style and then have them break the conventional top and bottom of a magazine page by jumping or flying through the frame. Odenkirk totally got the idea and jumped, flipped, levitated for 20 minutes on the huge trampoline under a 20x20 foot scrim on a hilltop in Griffith Park. His critique of his poses from the Polaroids was hysterical, he left quickly while the photo crew was still doubled over in laughter.
